What does it mean for Louisiana to have Medicaid Unwinding?
Medicaid's Continuous Renewal ended on March 31, 2023. "Unwinding" is the process of the Medicaid program returning to Eligibility Checks, Renewals and Terminations on a regular basis again. This has not happened for over 3 years, since March of 2020.
